Hi well i always feel like a jerk telling people what to do, How ever in your case i think some one has too!
First your hit rating is below 10% the cap for locks is 17% or 14% with 3 in suppression, atm i have 13% with out suppresion for the mana regen but i really do feel the differance .
Second your gear is 10man ulduar ready but you would be very luckly or some 1 slacks not to be just above tanks on dps.
Third and this is the one that annoyed me ALOT gems missing, enchants missing and the few gems you have are wrong 16spirit and 16haste.never stack a full spirit gem ever get the purple +9 spell dmg and 9spirit and only start getting haste gems once ur hit capped and your crit is near 30% ,if you want haste use spellstone (wich you should any way as firestone was nerfed) with 25m naxx and spellstone i have 500+ haste.
With the warlocks we have in the guild at the moment , i would not offer you a trial as your undergeared to keep up dps for last bosses in 10m and with us starting 25m we need top dps. Gem your gear, enchant your gear replace the blue and the 10m naxx gear with 25m naxx (we dont run naxx any more we CAN'T gear you up) then reapply.
