I changed my talents and glyphs as you suggested, thanks for the advice, about the days that I'm available: most of the time I can be online regardless of the day however during weekdays that isn't always guaranteed.

The guy has some pretty nice gear with gems and enchant, so the gear isnt holding him back (not totally hitcapped atm, but not missing many points 0.44%). As you said Night, there are 4 hunters in the guild atm, but only 2 of us is pretty active atm, and if 25man is comming up, we need active players.

Only prob I see is what days he can raid. seems like he is unsure some of the days we have as raiddays.

try this Spec and glyphs also refer to moody's application for what i have written about survival hunters.

Classic: I don't have much raid experience in classic WoW altough I once raided MC with a PuG.
TBC: In TBC I raided Karazhan part of SSC, TK and attempted the first boss of BT.
WOTLK: Naxxramas 10/25 both fully cleared, OS both cleared with 1 drake up and almost took Malygos down.

Current Guild on Aerie Peak: LvL One Forever, just temporarily as I look for a decent guild.

No, I had an application for Oppressum but I heard that they disbanded.

I would say that my written English is very good apart from the occasional typo, my spoken is abit less because of my accent.

I heard about your guild from the members that joined it right after Ziltharus disbanded. At first I wasn't allowed to join because there where enough hunters already but since that seems to have changed...
