There are some issues i have with your gear/spec/hit rating/glyphs.

1. Your gear - Unfortunatly, most of your gear is either Heroic gear/Naxx 10man/Naxx 25man. I think I am safe to say that we are really looking for mostly Naxx 25man

2. Your Talent Spec - You really need to review your talent spec, some of the arcane talents you have put points into are pointless for endgame e.g Arcane stability. There is no need for this for endgame or questing because npc should not be touching you if you have Slow, which you dont have.

3. Hit rating - This is a real issue and really lowers your DPS by a marjin. I always took this quote into action. "Would you rather have loads of crit/spell power and miss, or have loads of hit rating and hit"

4. With the introduction of the spirit buff in 3.1, you should really have the Molten armor glyph other than the Evocation glyph as that is pvp.
This follows agains the spirit tier in the arcane tree... It is essential at this point in endgame

I hope you take some important information from this, also visit www.maxdps.com and have a look at the mage section to boost your dps.
