thank you for your application, we are not a guild planning to gear up players in naxx and we rarely do heroics this is not the guild for you, as zhukov said this is an uldar raiding guild.

Im sorry but im gonna decline this straight away.
Were an Ulduar raidng guild. I believe you will have better luck with Naxx raiding guild as thats where you will need to start.

On a side note i noticed you have a lot of blues. Try getting in some more heroics to win some more epics otherwise finding a raiding guild will be hard
